Company Policies
Corporate Accounts:
A company can setup a
corporate account with a flexible billing cycle. We do request
a credit card for the first order, however, and will keep the number
on file. We can setup you up with a 15 day payment cycle.
An invoice will go out with 3 days of placing an order.
If payment is not received within 15 business days of the date
of the invoice, the amount will be placed on the credit
card.
Personal Orders:
Payments for personal orders
can be made with a credit cards, (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover
card), cash, money order, or personal check. All personal
checks must clear the bank before delivery.
Privacy
Policy:
Under no circumstances will we disclose and/or sell
our customers database to any third party companies. The
information we collect from you is solely to process and
ship/deliver your gift to the recipient. In order to process
your order we must have your name, mailing address, phone number and
E-mail address. This information will allow us to fill your
order and notify you of your order status. Your E-mail address
is used to send you a confirmation note/receipt of your order.
We use a secure server to collect and process all
orders.
Return Policy:
We take great care in
creating and packaging our gift baskets; therefore, any damaged
shipment must be reported to us immediately. It is important
to keep all packaging as the carrier may request it. We will
make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure your
satisfaction. Return shipping is the responsibility of the
recipient/buyer. Shipping and handling charges are
nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned in the original
carton. No credit can be issued until the returned merchandise
is received and inspected by us. We pride ourselves on fast
service and shipping; therefore any cancellations must be made
within 12 hours of confirmation.
