Shipping and Delivery


Hand Delivery
We offer hand delivery to the following cities: San Francisco, San Jose, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Colma, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Brisbane, Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, Foster City, Redwood Shores, San Mateo, San Carlos, Belmont, Menlo Park, Atherton, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Stanford, Woodside, Mountain View, Cupertino, Santa Clara.

Redelivery
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information or changes to the delivery address.



State Wide Shipping Shipping to other states will be via UPS ground service.  Allow 2-5 business days for delivery.  Please check the map below.


Shipping cost per basket will be calculated when you place order through shopping cart.

All other requests for 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air will be quoted upon request.

Please be sure that all recipient information is entered accurately, including recipient's full name and apartment and/or suite numbers where applicable.  Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.  If a gift is returned, due to incorrect shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted to provide an alternate shipping address, or the option to cancel the gift.  Purchaser will be required to pay additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment.  On cancelled gifts, purchaser will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred plus an additional $10.00 restocking fee

Return Policy:
We take great care in creating and packaging our gift baskets; therefore, any damaged shipment must be reported to us immediately.  It is important to keep all packaging as the carrier may request it.  We will make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure your satisfaction.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  All merchandise must be returned in the original carton.  No credit can be issued until the returned merchandise is received and inspected by us.  We pride ourselves on fast service and shipping; therefore any cancellations must be made within 12 hours of confirmation.
